The location of the hall is central and the condition of the road leading to the venue is very good, we are bounded on the 2 ends by a major road, and from the front, we are facing the major Ikorodu road which gives good access from anywhere coming from Island or any location from the mainland and also at the back by the famous palm grove estate of ilupeju metro police.

What are your business hours?
 

The business opens between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm weekly except on public holidays.


How can i get the prices?
 

Pricing will be determined by the choice of service you want, Hall, virtual office, agreement terms, and or possible value-added service. What is the duration of an event?
 

The duration of any social event is 8 hours while we give a chance for equipment, sound, and lighting check for half an hour before the commencement of any event, peradventure you wish to extend your hours, this is allowed and the cost is also added.

Will i be paying for the seats and tables ?
 

No, you won't. The provision of tables and seats is already included in the hall rate except when in need of extra tables and seats. Payment must be made before supply.


What are the sizes of the halls?
 

We have a hall that can seat 650 guests in banquets and will do 1,300 guests in conference seating with an additional stage, we also have 2 other smaller halls with the capacity to seat between 80 and 100 guests. We make provisions for projectors for conferences, seminars, and symposiums.

What type of seat is available at the hall?
 

We supply you with gold banquet chairs with seat covers and banquet round tables. We also give tables and chairs to our vendor at no extra cost.



How accessible is the hall?

How do we park our cras ?
 

Our hall will provide you with a parking space within our facility and we have staff that will monitor the safety of your car while the rest can make do with alternative parking outside the company premises

Can my decorators come a day before my event?
 

Access shall be granted to the decorating team, a day before your event and all activities must end by the close of business but in case of overnight setup, the extra cost is charged by the company.
